We want your Revia™ to arrive perfect. If it shows up damaged, defective or not working, email us at mitchelecom@outlook.com within 3–5 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos or a video so we can sort it out quickly.

Please note: refunds and replacements are offered for damaged or defective items only. We can't accept returns for change of mind, accidental orders, or if you decide the product isn't for you.

Claims sent after the 3–5 day window may not qualify, so please check your Revia™ as soon as it arrives.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, our team will email you the next steps. We reply within 72 hours.
